As a Property and Casualty Insurance Broker in the Customer Service Department, you will work in a comfortable office environment.

You understand the importance of being a client's first point of contact when needed. You pride yourself on knowing how and when to provide help, solutions and sales in order to deliver an incredible experience and even change someone's day.

Our client is a firm in the field of property and casualty insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses. In full expansion, it needs insurance professionals like you to join a stimulating team in a magnificent office full of activities located in Montreal, downtown.

What we offer

Permanent employment

A competitive base salary ranging from $60 to $70,000 / year, to be discussed according to experience

A bonus program on the retention of your module up to $5,000 per year

Commissions paid monthly of 33.33% on new sales

Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends!!!

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week. Typical schedule Monday to Friday from 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm or 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Parking on site or accessible by public transport

Benefits paid at 60% by the employer (Life insurance, medication, salary, disability, travel), after 3 months

You are recognized for your negotiation and persuasion skills, to negotiate with different insurers

You like provide excellent customer service and make new sales (with the generous commissions that come with them!)

You have an easy time expressing yourself and communicating

You are customer-oriented and action-oriented

A sense of solution, assistance, escalation and upselling

• Proceed with modifications, pricing, loyalty and solicitation during inbound calls;
• Work on renewals and make updates by professionally advising policyholders;

Shop for quotes from our various insurers.

Answer calls from policyholders with questions about their file.

You are responsible for a 1.1 million module

Who are you?

You have an AMF certificate (mandatory)

You have at least 2 years of experience as a personal property and casualty insurance broker

Energetic and compassionate, you have a sense of communication and know how to put people at ease

You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation

You have a reliable Internet connection at home to ensure your voice is heard

Bilingualism (French / English) an asset

You have computer skills to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
