The Guest services agent will be responsible, amongst other things, for the following : Receive and process individual reservations (telephone, online, travel agents), respond to emails addressed to booking, be the primary contact with travel agencies (commission checks prints, follow-up with accounting). Meeting all customer expectations and performing various administrative tasks. Process check-ins and check-outs, register transactions and meet all customer expectations.

YOUR ROLE
Welcome and register guests
Verify and detail the day’s arrivals, follow up with reservation confirmations, follow up with different reservations booking channels
Keep track of arrivals, departures, in-house, daily activities and follow up accordingly
All other related guest service responsibilities
Ensure the reception area is clean and maintain supplies needed
YOUR PROFILE
Diploma in Hospitality Management an asset
Bilingualism an asset
Good computer knowledge - Knowledge of PMS Opera an asset
Excellent customer service : Approachable, pleasant, courteous, empathetic, fast acting
Able and enjoys working in a team environment as well as independently
