The Marketing Writer will support the Qualifications and Proposals team in the writing and editing of bid documents and marketing materials.
They will assist by corresponding with stakeholders, producing various marketing materials, responding to requests, and performing other related tasks.
As a key member of our team, we will rethink construction together, from idea to completion. Everywhere. All the time. Period.
What You Will Do
- Create and write corporate resumes and project sheets for internal clients.
- Gather required and relevant information from various stakeholders.
- Handle various requests for linguistic revision and translation (English and French) of all content.
- Ensure that resource and project information is complete and centralized for the proper functioning of the CV and project sheet processes.
- Implement and be responsible for a process for monitoring and prioritizing the production of corporate CVs.
- Regularly update the data collected in the various collaborative platforms (SharePoint and Salesforce).
- Contribute and produce Salesforce reports.
- All other related tasks to support the team.
This role could be for you if you have
- Previous experience in writing, marketing, journalism, multimedia or other related discipline.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Good time and priority management skills
- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Fluency in balancing rigor and creativity in a collaborative, fast-paced environment;
- Very good knowledge of software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ability to learn new ones.
- Knowledge of InDesign an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills and work with a team-oriented attitude.
- Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written, is essential.
