We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our Finance Analyst Intern .
This internship will run from September 2024 to December 2024.
Position Summary :
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting and performing duties related to Financial Planning & Analysis : budget and forecast preparation, data analysis, sensitivity analysis, ratio analysis and support in ad hoc projects.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Reporting Automation and Streamlining : Assist with the standardization and automation of regular and routine financial reporting including variance analysis exercise and tracking of KPI’s
- Financial Analysis : Conduct various financial analyses, including but not limited to, cost analysis, sales performance, market trends, and profitability studies to support business performance.
- Month-end : Continuously strive to evolve the financial reporting process and dive deep into monthly drivers of performance for each business unit
- Data Management and Integrity : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Regularly review and reconcile financial statements and reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

The Financial Analyst coop reports to the Director FP&A
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (intermediate level or above for Microsoft Excel).
Familiarity with automation software or programming languages is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent planning, organizing, multitasking and time management skills.
- A collaborative self-starter with a high level of initiative and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and proven business acumen.
