A large company in the Montreal area is looking for several accounts receivable clerks (accounts receivable). Do you have experience in the field?

Task description :
- Calculate, prepare and issue documents associated with accounts, such as invoices, inventory statements, account statements using the computer system.
- Code, totalize, combine into batches, record in a register or enter on the computer.
- Verify and reconcile transactions.
- Prepare cost or periodic statements or reports.
- Respond to customer requests for information.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Communicate with customers regarding their payment.
- Enter and update data.
- Communicate with the different departments internally, in order to resolve
- Classify documents related to accounts receivable.
- Other job-related tasks. Skills required :
- Team spirit

- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good communication skills
- Good command of French and functional English, an asset.
