Sales Coordinator Location : Montreal, Canada Are you looking to launch your career in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and health food industry? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales function and contribute to the growth of our innovative brands, PB&Me Nut Butters and Matteo’s Syrups . This role offers a unique chance to gain exposure to sales, marketing, and brand development within a high-growth industry. As a key member of our team, you’ll be involved in everything from coordinating and participating in trade shows, meeting and supporting retail customers and managing product submissions. Key Responsibilities : Sales Coordination : Sales Materials : Prepare sales presentation, wholesale / distributor price lists and new product materials for all brands as needed. Document Management : Maintain and update the product catalog quarterly, manage sales documents in HubSpot (CRM) and keep sell sheets and sales documents up to date. Product Submissions & Onboarding : Complete product submission documents and vendor onboarding documentation as needed. Sample Coordination : Arrange product samples, coordinate sample shipments to distributors, prospects, partners and customers as required. Category Review Support : Maintain category review schedules to ensure on-time preparation for buyer reviews. KPI Reporting : Update and maintain KPIs ahead of weekly sales meetings to ensure tracking against key performance metrics. Promotional Calendar Management : Organize annual and ad hoc promotional calendars and activities for both brands. Marketing Coordination : Prepare product awareness emails and promotional updates for key stakeholders, coordinate in-store demos and other in-store marketing efforts. Market Research : Perform store visits and ad hoc merchandising reviews Sales Meeting Support : Participate in sales meetings and presentations, offering support on reporting, follow-ups and next steps Customer Collaboration : Coordinate with engaged prospects and existing customers on special projects and collaborate on unique initiatives to support growth Trade Show Management Trade Show Participation : Travel to tradeshows and actively engage in sales and relationship-building activities. Trade Show Planning : Prepare and maintain an annual trade show participation calendar. Event Registration : Register for tradeshows and ensure all registration, documentation and marketing deadlines are met Trade Show Coordination : Plan and coordinate all trade shows, including logistics, sample organization, travel, and goal setting. On-Site Support : Travel to tradeshows and support with on-site setup Booth Management : Organize and arrange booth design, layout and on-site setup to create a standout presence at each event. Performance Tracking : Prepare individual trade show calendars with goals, schedules, meetings, and coordinate invites. Government Grants Grant Applications : Prepare all applications for eligible trade mission grants to support the company’s participation in trade shows and trade missions. Grant Reporting : Submit all required reporting for approved government grants, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with guidelines. You’re tech savvy - proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience with Hubspot CRM. You’re a team player - ready to jump in, help out and support wherever needed.
