Position : Payment Assistant
Contract Period : July 2nd to Dec 27th, 2024
Pay Rate : $35 / hr
Work Location : Toronto, ON
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administer the invoice process and compile support documentation :
- Track payment status of vendor invoices
- Review invoices to ensure consistency with approved quotes
- Maintain invoice records and trackers
- Prepare status reports in accordance with key performance indicators
- Track spending of budget against approved quotes
- Update accrual summaries
Education :
Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Experience :
- 2 years’ experience with invoice processing, preferably with knowledge in real estate, project coordination and management or related field
- Unifier as an asset
