Position : Payment Assistant

Contract Period : July 2nd to Dec 27th, 2024

Pay Rate : $35 / hr

Work Location : Toronto, ON

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Administer the invoice process and compile support documentation :
• Track payment status of vendor invoices
• Review invoices to ensure consistency with approved quotes
• Maintain invoice records and trackers
• Prepare status reports in accordance with key performance indicators
• Track spending of budget against approved quotes
• Update accrual summaries

Education :

Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Experience :

• 2 years’ experience with invoice processing, preferably with knowledge in real estate, project coordination and management or related field
• Unifier as an asset
