Reporting to the Human Resources Director, Capgemini Canada is seeking a Recruiting Manager with 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 5+ years managing a team and operational processes.

This role is a player coach and will be working in a high-volume practice largely focused on hiring applications-based talent across Canada.

In this role

  • You are an expert in talent recruiting and understanding how to align talent strategies with business priorities
  • Will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team in support of our strategic priorities
  • You have a background working in the Technology recruiting space such as Cloud, ERP, Strategy, Insights and Data, Testing, Custom Development, Etc.
  • You have a proven track record of identifying & engaging diverse, qualified talent in the market
  • In addition to managing a team of recruiters and providing direct counsel and performance management, you will be responsible for hiring experienced talent up through the Executive level
  • You are familiar with leveraging data to inform decision making and influence recruiting strategy
  • You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams
  • Are a Brand Ambassador and have proven experience building relationships and attracting talent in the Canada market
  • Create and provide reporting and executive level dashboards and presentations to all practice leaders up through President and CEO
  • Partner with and manage external vendor relationships
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing

You’ll make an impact by

  • Providing strategic recruiting leadership to the business by developing and communicating sourcing strategies to supply talent to the business
  • Aligning the recruiting team to support the business; ensuring tools and systems are in place to recruit quality candidate and communicate and execute employment value proposition
  • Partnering with Demand and Staffing team to deliver on time talent solutions for sold and strategic demand
  • Advising and facilitating recruiting capabilities across assigned business segment and partnering with internal teams to evaluate recruiting capabilities
  • Identifying gaps in capabilities based on recruiting expertise and expectations
  • Providing guidance and expertise in a growing business and recruiting organization
  • Driving and facilitating effectiveness and efficiencies in the recruitment, interview, and selection processes
  • Sharing market-specific recruiting best practices and industry trends; and sharing strategies and best practices related to the executive recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with business leaders to ensure talent acquisition activities meet business needs by advising business divisions on recruiting solutions, policies, and procedures
  • Meeting with business division leaders to understand talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent in business division always anticipating where to build pipelines of talent
  • Providing consultation and recommendations on how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation; creating plans and events that address business division talent gaps;

utilizing workforce planning data to align and organize recruiters' sourcing efforts

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
