Position Overview : We are seeking a versatile and skilled bartender who specializes in beer and wine service, while also possessing the technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair casino style machines and handle jackpot payouts.

This unique role combines beverage service with slot machine maintenance and customer assistance. As a beer and wine specialist and slot machine technician, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure smooth gaming operations, and contribute to an enjoyable experience for Dolphin Gaming patrons

Responsibilities :

Beverage Preparation and Service :

• Specialize in serving a wide variety of beers and wines, including draught, bottled, and canned options.
• Demonstrate expertise in pouring and serving beer, ensuring optimal flavor, temperature, and presentation.
• Offer recommendations to customers based on their preferences and provide detailed descriptions of various beer and wine options.

Cabinet Game Machine Maintenance and Repair :

• Conduct routine inspections of Cabinet Game machines to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and adherence to gaming regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with Cabinet machines, ticket printer malfunctions, and display errors.

Jackpot Payouts and Customer Assistance :

• Assist customers with jackpot payouts and provide excellent customer service during these interactions.
• Educate patrons on the payout process, explain gaming regulations, and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the appropriate personnel to resolve customer disputes or technical issues related to jackpot payouts.

Cash Handling and Transactions :

• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
• Maintain a cash register, record sales, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to strict security protocols for handling cash and maintaining accountability.

Cleanliness and Organization :

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including beverage stations, glassware, and bar tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment around slot machines, including removing debris and emptying ashtrays.
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a bartender, specializing in beer and wine service.
• Knowledge of various beer styles, wine varietals, and their proper serving techniques.
• Technical skills and experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines.
• Familiarity with slot machine components, including, ticket printers, and displays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods.
• Cash handling experience and ability to work with a cash register.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Must meet any age requirements and possess any necessary certifications or licenses required by local gaming regulations.
