Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in the West-end of Ottawa! As the Customer Service Representive you will be on the front lines dealing with clients and industry professionals, eager to assist them with their inquiries and orders! Does this sound like you?
Advantages
Pay rate between 22 to 23$ / hour
Monday to Friday
Daytime hours
Temp to permanent placement
Weekly pay while on contract

Responsibilities
Answering calls, emails, and handling walk-ins
Providing product and service information
Intake, manage and fulfill orders
Work closely with other team members, like outside sales and inside sales
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Personable and enthusiastic approach to clients
Great communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with technology
