At this time, we are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Live-in Assistant Resident Manager for our property at 107 Bulls Bay Road, in St.
John’s, NL. If you enjoy interacting with others, are passionate about providing a clean and safe environment for residents, and take pride in a job well done, this may be the role for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for on-call coverage on weekends for emergency calls. The compensation for this position is based on rental incentive.
What you will do :
- Shared on-call duties;
- Tenant relations, inquiries, and rental calls;
- Cleaning as needed in common areas;
- Showing of units and assisting with move in and move outs;
- Building and maintaining positive professional tenant relationships.
Who you are :
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, and / or customer service;
- Strong communication and time management skills;
- Previous experience in the Property Management industry is considered an asset;
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
