Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with corporate leadership to align store objectives with broader company goals while maintaining compliance with all operational policies and procedures. Ultimately, the Brick Manager will drive business success by balancing operational excellence with a customer-centric approach, ensuring the store remains competitive and profitable in a dynamic retail landscape.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer service practices, and retail operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing sales teams within the Canadian retail market.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
  • Certification in sales management or leadership development programs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and visual presentation to optimize the customer experience.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.

Skills:
