Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients.
We are looking for experienced Data Lead BAs with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.
Responsibilities
- Core tasks : Data Project Envelope, FDIC, Commercial Data Remediation, Data Repatriation, Operational Excellence Dashboard, Manage the Data BA Portfolio, Work Across Multiple Projects Point of Escalation, Problem Resolution, Drive Decisions
- Independently drive client relationships across levels, especially key decision makers by understanding their business goals and objectives
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope and budget
- Lead project teams with Capco and client members
- Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap, influencing decision-making
- Taking on leadership responsibilities, including developing and mentoring team members on best practices for data analysis, project management and requirement gathering
- Lead the gathering of accurate requirements and create user stories, sharing information across internal and client teams
- Strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work; taking a leadership role in translating a vision to processes and requirements
- Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
Show Us What You’ve Got
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience :
- 10+ years Business Analysis experience
- Ability to create Business Cases
- Expert level experience with structing a project with the creation of EPICs, and User Story Writing
- Independently leading sessions to gather information and requirements from key stakeholders
- Strong track record of leadership and people development, including mentoring junior team tmembers
- Demonstrated experience identifying and solving challenging business problems with innovative solutions
- Knowledge of process re-engineering
- Effective communicator - liaising between stakeholders and users, including at the executive level
