Job Type : Full-time, On-Site, Permanent position. Monday to Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm

Reports To : Production Manager

Pay Range : $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience, health and wellness benefits, two weeks of paid vacation.

C2 Imaging Canada is a leading print and signage company that produces high-quality, branded materials for major companies across the country.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Delta BC production center.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating large format digital printing equipment and finishing equipment (flatbed, R2R, cutters, CNC), as well as assisting in other departments as needed to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for daily operation of printers and finishing equipment, based on the priorities set by production management.
• Reviews and comprehends work orders and verifies stock inventory and used as specified
• Ability to re-prioritize and respond to changing demands
• Proven effectiveness when working under deadlines
• Understands print work orders and work flow to ensure production is running according to specifications
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork records, documents, etc.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations including housekeeping standards
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet customer expectations and company standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements :

• 2 years in a printing environment operating digital print equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a printing required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on your feet and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Web Browser based software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
