Job descriptionStrong work ethic and reliability. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in manufacturing or woodworking is a plus, but not required. When necessary, assist in the production of line of other departments including Panel Processing, Assembly, Finishing, Doors & Parts, and Shipping. Operate and maintain tools and equipment in your area. Attend daily morning huddles. Contribute and participate in the effective use of the Quality Control System.
Your Role : As a General Production Worker, you will :
- Assist in the assembly and finishing of cabinets.
- Operate woodworking machinery and tools.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
