About the role :

Education Perfect is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto! In this role you will work closely with our regional team in Ontario, as well as our global product marketing, product and marketing teams across ANZ to enable effective growth and product adoption in the Canadian market.

This will include creating and maintaining market specific buyer & user personas and optimising our overall value proposition for the region, as well as driving the adoption of strategic product behaviours and supporting the launch of new features & product offerings.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Canadian education landscape, the ability to adapt quickly to meet the needs of our internal teams and our customers and to represent both the voice of product in the region as well as the voice of the region in product & product marketing conversations.

What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, CS & curriculum leads to support their needs for positioning, assets, sales tools and strategic guidance
  • Develop strong messaging and value propositions that resonate with the market using market knowledge data and customer insights
  • Support the development and execution of global GTM plans for new products and features in the Canadian market during both planning and delivery stages and own regional enablement and marketing for product launches
  • Develop strategies to drive adoption and engagement of identified strategic product behaviours among product users
  • Analyse user data and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer segmentation to inform strategies and initiatives
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in pedagogy and the adoption of technology in education
  • Support the understanding of product market fit and provide input into product development and roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy or product marketing
  • Experience in Education / Ed-Tech with a deep understanding of pedagogy, and the relevant Canadian provincial education systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and growth through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
