You will be responsible for overall team product direction and strategy which will involve frequent collaboration with customers and internal teams to help shape priorities and build the roadmap.

This dynamic position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal teams and stakeholders, be productive and adaptable in the face of evolving business priorities, and be able to take responsibility and ownership in coming up with solutions for our customers' pain points.

If you are a dedicated problem-solver and are ready to make a huge impact on an international scale, then this is the position for you!

What you'll be doing :

  • Defining and reporting on product success
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Becoming the Product SME for the product offerings you own
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren't strictly within the scope of your role

What you need to bring :

Successful candidates must have a proven product management track record within the payments and enterprise technology / SaaS industry of delivering significant transformational value to customers.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the realms of payments, or eCommerce platforms, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes.
  • Expertise in product management and Agile / Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
  • Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time-zones
  • Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
