Travaillant à notre usine de Lévis (Charny) et se rapportant au chef de secteur de production de l’usine, le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de :
- Gestion des opérations de l’usine (planification, suivi, inventaire, production, qualité, propreté)
- Supervision de l’équipe (35 employés syndiqués sur 3 quarts de travail jour / soir / nuit et le samedi)
- Gestion et suivi du budget
- Gestion des ressources humaines (Horaire de travail, formation, intégration, recrutement, gestion du changement, gestion du rendement, gestion disciplinaire)
- Amélioration continue (Méthodes de travail, modification des équipements)
- Environnement (suivi des plans d'actions)
- Santé et sécurité au travail (Enquête d’événements, participation au comité de SST, suivi des interventions, production de rapports)
- Remplacement des superviseurs durant les vacances
- Toutes autres tâches connexes
Exigences :
- Études dans un domaine pertinent ou expérience pertinente
- Expérience en milieu syndiqué (un atout)
- Aisance dans un environnement Microsoft Office
- Connaissance de Guide TI (un atout)
- Rapidité d’exécution et attention aux détails
- Capacité à gérer les priorités et à s’adapter dans un environnement en mouvement
- Autonomie, ponctualité et fiabilité
Conditions de travail :
- Horaire de jour (7h00 à 15h00) du lundi au vendredi pour 26 semaines
- Devra remplacer les autres superviseurs durant leurs vacances et congés (environ 26 semaines sur des horaires de 12 heures, 36 heures par semaines de jour et de nuit et de fin de semaine)
- Programme de bonification pouvant atteindre 10% du salaire annuel
- Programme d’assurances collectives complet
- Fonds de pension entre 1% et 5% égalé par l'employeur
