Responsibilities :

• Work closely with managers to support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Support managers in managing motivating and developing their teams ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies ensuring their compliance with labor standards.
• Track changes in employee status and manage promotions transfers and internal mobility.
• Contribute to performance management by providing support in evaluations and attendance management.
• Manage and monitor work accident files including preparing files for internal and external audits.
• Ensure the application of human resources management principles and organizational strategies within the service center and stations.
• Manage the administrative aspects of working conditions and ensure their compliance with current standards.
• Contribute to improving the employee experience and promote a positive work environment.
• Produce statistical reports on HR performance indicators and analyze them to support strategic decisions.
