As a Project Coordinator, Logistics NSP, you : Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors to develop and actively maintain the construction schedule, ensuring project targets are achieved.
Oversee and manage logistics and material handling processes, coordinating equipment and material deliveries to ensure timely and efficient construction progress.
Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures : change orders, as-built drawings, close-out documents.
Provide status updates of work in progress and support with project forecasting, cost control, and Plan Group’s T.I.M.E. efficiency program.
Provide oversight of logistics operations, ensuring all activities comply with project specifications and safety regulations.
Participate in site meetings and document meeting minutes.Maintain records of all materials used and the progress made on the job in line with company guidelines.
Proactively identify and bring to management’s attention potential problems and / or schedule delays.Our ideal candidate has : A strong background in logistics within large construction projects.
- Related post-secondary education in Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field.A minimum of two (2) years of related experience;
- logistics, construction, and trade experience are definite assets.Salary : $50,000+Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project;
experience with scheduling software such as Primavera is an asset.Experience analyzing and understanding construction drawings and working on commercial construction projects.
