About the Role
As a Web Analytics Manager , you’ll lead the strategic implementation of Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4 tagging for one of our major clients, ensuring data integrity and consistency while providing guidance on measurement strategies, tag management best practices, and creating impactful reports and dashboards to support the digital marketing measurement and analytics needs.
We are looking for a seasoned web analytics expert who can play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and delivering impactful work.
Please note that this position requires working in our client’s office in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada for up to one year.
The selected candidate must adhere to all the client’s rules and policies, including the Code of Conduct. Only applicants who currently live within a commutable distance or plan to relocate will be considered.
Responsibilities :
The Web Analytics Manager will help our client to design and implement Adobe Analytics and GA4 tagging, including providing strategic guidance for measurement, establishing tagging best practices, creating reports and dashboard, more details as following :
- Tagging & Tech Integrations : Develop, test and implement 3P tags including in compliance with HQ policies. Duties include :
- Tagging Engineering - Coordinate with internal teams and implement tagging for Google Marketing Platform, 3P Media Tags, Personalization Tags, etc. in Adobe Launch
- Ensure accurate and efficient deployment of tags on web pages, ensuring data integrity and consistency though actively testing and removing outdated tags and renewing tags
- Tagging Support & Best Practices : Assist internal teams to develop robust and efficient tag management processes that create a foundation for effective digital marketing measurement and analytics.
- Reporting and Dashboarding in Adobe Analytics : Develop ongoing analytic reports and dashboards for internal teams across a number of sites / apps. Duties include :
- Create and update reporting segments in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, to be used by internal and external stakeholders of
- Provide periodic reporting support for LOB including corporate marketing and employee site
- Maintain documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and data sources.
- Ensure that reporting documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
About You
The essentials :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in web analytics for clients that have Adobe Analytics and GA4 platforms on their web properties
Tag Management experience and strong competency using Adobe Launch
High competency in Java Script / HTML / CSS / JQuery
Develop and perform code modifications, testing and deployment
Ability to implement tags for media platforms like (Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Amazon DSP)
Leverage the current data layer for 3rd party tagging
Participate in clients QA and approval process.
Experience with a debugging tool like Charles or WASP
Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Analytics platform, UI, Admin tools and setup
Reporting and Dashboarding in Adobe Analytics using Analytics Workspace
Working knowledge of MSOffice
Not a must, but a plus :
Knowledge of implementing tagging for Adobe products like Adobe Analytics and Target
Media or Marketing background is an asset
Consent Management and cookie adoption methodology
Server side tagging experience
Experience with Big Query creating data pipelines

What We Offer
Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting.
Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
