Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales as Chantecaille brand expert for the assigned stores and achieve set goals.
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous selling support and identify opportunities to improve sales growth and through excellent customer service.
  • Travel to the assigned stores in their Region according to the monthly visit schedule.
  • Strategize, plan and execute -participate in the event planning, and execution at the stores based on the brand’s execution guidelines and standards, by being knowledgeable and strategic business partner and identifying opportunities :
  • Tracks pre-sell and performance for each event,perform post-event analysis.
  • Submit to Account Executive : daily recap form, recap of all events’ pre-sell and performance data.
  • Works withstore partners to execute to the full success of local and regional events for the success of events and to support growth in stores.
  • Freelancers : Select, train, onboard and overview the freelancers within the territory assigned.
  • Supervises the Chantecaille Specialists ( traveling ) goals and expectations.
  • Review and analyze business results (store, category, brand, product, etc.) to identify sales-driving opportunities to achieve goals and shares with supervisor suggestions, feedback on what is needed in the store, successes, improvements needed.

Provides a daily recap to the Account Executive.

  • Communicate, collaborate, and influence store partners’ staff to build relationships, maintaining positive relations, resolve issues, supporting the Brand’s selling across the store’s floor.
  • Provide suggestions and feedback to supervisor on what is needed in the store, successes, improvements needed.
  • Lead the team showing an exquisite and elevated customer service, empowering all Beauty associates to become beauty experts and increase multi-brand selling across the floor, including cross training within the retailers.
  • Connect with Artistry Team that will be circulating in the Region-subregion for the team’s success. Meets with National Education Manager for the Region on training needs, ideas and questions.
  • Monitor stock levels,track incoming shipments to ensure timely arrival in store, review stock and out of stock lists and communicate needs to the appropriate departments and to supervisor.

Review order report and communicate to counters / stores of in-coming stock.

Collaborate with corporate and store partners to assure the counter maintains and displays the brand’s merchandising guidelines and standards, i.

e. planograms, fixture placement, visual / collateral, and the distribution of event collateral. Identify areas of opportunities, own solutions to store for corrective action.

  • Ensure the counter guide, image, identity, and hygiene is in accordance with Chantecaille standards. Runs any work-related errands or drop of materials at counters.
  • Recurrent sales call meetings : weekly individual call with Account Executive.
  • Meetings and calls can be scheduled up to the discretion of the Regional Executive or higher management.
  • Responsible for stay within the travel budget guidelines.
  • 1 office day.

Position Qualifications

  • Must have a car and valid driver’s license, as this position requires traveling to various stores.
  • 3 years of experience working in the Retail Service Industry. Proven record of coaching and developing people.
  • Expertise in cosmetics / makeup artistry a must.
  • Possess excellent client service, relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail and brand staff.
  • Motivated by challenge and thrive working in high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Have passion for beauty cosmetics, skin care and fragrance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.

Chantecaille Beaute Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our future employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Chantecaille Beaute Inc.
