Job Description

As an Account Coordinator, you will be working as part of a collaborative account team that develops and delivers strategic, creative client programs.

Your job is to tell the client’s story and relentlessly pursue the best ROI, with a focus on driving important and exciting content across all brand social platforms to influence, inspire, educate and engage your audience on a variety of topics.

An essential ingredient of your success is the ability to partner and collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for a passionate team player with a strategic and creative mindset who can create cross-channel media strategies for our clients.

Position Overview :

• Assisting with PR and social media communication functions to meet objectives, including pitching magazines, bloggers, online publications, newspapers, television, radio, etc.
• Writing press releases, emails and other communications
• Coordinating media sample shipping and tracking
• Media list development
• Written and verbal outreach with our media contacts
• Sharing ideas and brainstorming
• Providing timely feedback to management on progress against goals
• Assisting with media events and meetings
• Research

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will also possess the following :

• Post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications or related discipline
• Excellent communication skills, dynamic, team player, excellent time management and organizational skills and is detail-oriented

Strong proficiency in social platforms (Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, etc.

and base knowledge of effective measurement frameworks for social programs

• Prior agency experience is a plus
• Interest or experience in tech or video game is an asset
