Manager - Sell-Side Origination

Role Overview :
As Manager of Origination, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and nurture opportunities for our M&A advisory team.
Your days will be spent actively identifying and engaging with promising business owners and operators, both outbound and client-facing.
This role demands focus, determination, and a proactive approach to handling both inbound and outbound leads.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven ability to effectively engage and influence prospects via phone and email, building trust over time.
- Capacity to manage your own pipeline and strategically move opportunities towards closure.
- Exceptional documentation skills to accurately record and analyze interactions with prospects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Business acumen, adept at asking pertinent questions and actively listening.
- Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions and capital markets, coupled with sector-specific knowledge, is advantageous.
