RoleDescription :
We are seeking a seasoned CryptoCustomer Service Agent with a sales edge to join our Calgarybasedteam. This fulltime hybrid role focuses on providing exceptionalcustomer service and support while leveraging opportunities to sellthe companys services including webinars conferences and courses.
Candidates should have a robust background in service / support rolesexceptional communication skills and a keen understanding of thecrypto or financial sectors.
EXPERIENCE IN ACRYPTOCURRENCY COMPANYNECESSARY.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Deliver outstandingcustomer support via phone email and live chat addressing inquiriestroubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure customersatisfaction.
- Utilize Intercom CloudTalkSumSub and other software tools proficiently to manage customerinteractions effectively.
- Proactively sellcompany services including educational webinars conferences andcourses contributing to the companys sales targets.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in thecryptocurrency industry to provide informed support and advice tocustomers.
- Work flexibly in a hybrid modeladapting to both remote and inoffice environments asrequired.
