As a member of the Supply Chain, this role is essential to ensure product availability while meeting changing market needs.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Ensure product availability : Plan product purchases (finished and bulk) from various suppliers (internal and third parties) based on the level of service targeted for the portfolio in line with the Global objectives.
Do follow ups with the suppliers and execute the purchasing plan.
- Analyze and validate the potential shortage report, the BO report and expiry dates.
- Present the expected shortages or risk at the weekly Customer Protect meeting.
- Respond to market demands (BIR) for business opportunities and share opportunities or impacts on the supply.
- Participate in the Life cycle management team projects in order to operationalize various changes (manufacturing sites, API suppliers, equipment, etc.).
- Attend and help in the preparation of the business reviews (S&OP) with suppliers in order to present market realities and ensure Canada’s prioritization.
