TERM CONTRACT FOR UP TO 18 MONTHS Six Pints Collective is currently seeking an Innovation Project Manager to join our Marketing team, based out of Toronto ON.

This role will have overall responsibility for transforming ideas and concept into reality in an effective and timely manner using prescribed project management tools and processes.

The Innovation Manager will be the enabler to accelerate the pace for Six Pints to maintain its market leader position through an innovative product portfolio.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead the development of low, medium and high complexity innovation projects including new to the world products as well new packaging or projects to improve the efficiency of our operations.

Play a partner role with the brand team by bringing insights about the market, trends and competitive activities to influence and develop our craft beverage portfolio.

Act as the initial brand lead and set the path to success for new to market local and international brands. Support the development and implementation of tools and processes for innovations, following a brilliant execution process.

Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Sales, Finance, Revenue Management and Brand functionalities to deliver flawless execution of product innovation on time, on scope and on budget.

Work with Master data, Supply chain, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Deployment to align on the next steps to bring innovations to market.

Act as the Six Pints Collective innovation expert for feasibility validation YOU ARE : Exceptional project manager, skilled in planning, problem solving, and multitasking.

A team player and relationship guru with a proven ability to build and leverage both internal and external relationships.

Adaptable and not afraid of changes we are looking for someone that always have a plan B-C-D if plan A doesn’t work out.A creative and innovative thinker.

Outstanding communicator and gate keeper to keep everyone on track every step of the way.Resourceful and results focus.Driven to make informed decisions and not afraid to challenge.

A self-starter able to manage multiple projects through various stages of development.IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU : University degree required - preferably with Marketing / Administration focus.

Minimum of 5 years of Project Management or Innovation Management.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in alcohol / beverage or packaged good.

Love for craft beverages is definitely an asset!A passionate, out-of-the-box thinker with big ideas and the ability to manage multiple projects through various stages of development.

Effective, evidence-based decision making and excellent critical thinking skills.Strong business fundamentals and understanding of the commercial drivers of business performance.

Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to lead the creative development of brand strategy and plans and turn these into tangible results.

Energetic leadership with strong influencing and communication skills, including agency management.Passion for or desire to learn more about beer and craft beer.
