The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and performance optimization across all Richcraft divisions — including residential leasing, land development, construction, property management, and hospitality. This position is responsible for building robust analytical frameworks, developing executive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, financial performance, and long‑term strategic growth.
