Director, Global Inside Sales you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the inside sales team who guide, advise, inspire and close the booking for the client’s upcoming big adventure.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer your team is responsible for closing the majority of revenue for the company.

As the Global Inside Sales Director your highest priority will be to foster a high-performance team culture within our inside sales department.

You will play a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and guiding our inside sales professionals that are in 5 regions globally to excel in their roles, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.

You will provide leadership and direction to Sales Team Managers and their teams located across the globe.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and leading high-performance teams.

Inside sales leadership is highly desirable. Outside sales experience an asset also.

  • Certificate or equivalent in coaching / mentoring in a sales environment
  • The ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional coaching and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, if required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power Point
  • Travel industry an asset but not critical
