The operations officer role is responsible for reviewing the customer transactional information to populate suspicious transaction reports.

Responsibilities
Registered Plans Wealth Operations Officer is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions. This encompasses both financial and non-financial activities.
Provides continuity of service to all TDW clients and business partners in order to maintain or exceed our Service Level Agreement commitments and create a Legendary Client Experience.
This particular position will also need to report to a Toronto TD location two days per week to assist with mail room functions.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE :
1.) Attention to detail very important !
2.) Accuracy
3.) Excel skills knowledge strong- will be using 100% of the time need to run macros for each request need to be able to manipulate macros / troubleshooting.
Need to have proven experience with examples for interviews. Vlookup, Pivot table experience
4.) Typing strong typing skills no WPM require but must be quick
5.) Strong communication strong English skills
6.) Comfortable with virtual training
7.) Ability to pivot quickly
8.) Able to work well under pressure
NICE TO HAVE : 1.) ISM TD system

2.) Previous banking experience
3.) Experience with VBA or other coding languages (doesn't have to be a coder, but that is perhaps learning a little coding on the side, would be a nice added benefit, but certainly not a requirement)
