Monmet Ltée a un besoin urgent d’un / e coordonnateur / trice des ventes pour travailler à son bureau de Montréal. Le / la candidat(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes pour maintenir les relations avec les clients ainsi que les fournisseurs et maximiser l’efficacité du processus de vente. Monmet est une société

d'ingénierie spécialisée dans les métaux en pleine croissance, avec d’importantes activités de vente dans les industries des mines, du ciment, de l’énergie et des pâtes et papiers au Canada et les États-Unis.

Bien qu’une expérience en ingénierie ou en industrie lourde ne soit pas nécessaire, ceux ou celles qui ont l’expérience des tâches administratives et des ventes internes sont invité(e)s à soumettre leur candidature.

Les tâches incluent :

  • fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe des ventes, tel que la préparation des soumissions et des commandes, la demande de devis auprès des fournisseurs, la passation des bons de commande et la facturation des commandes.
  • préparer les expéditions sortantes (préparation des listes de colisage, des factures commerciales, des connaissements) et cordonner les expédition entrantes (envoi des demandes des tarifs de transport, passation des demandes de ramassage, suivi des expéditions).
  • établir des relations de longue durée avec les fournisseurs.
  • s’assurer de la satisfaction des clients.
  • accomplir lestâches téléphoniques et de bureau (de base), incluant la préparation des rapports d’inspection, la correspondance avec les clients comme avec les fournisseurs.
  • faire les suivis des devis auprès des clients et de toutes les commandes fournisseurs.

Exigences du poste :

Le (la)candidat(e) retenu(e) devra avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de soutien général de bureau. Bien qu’une éducation formelle dans ce domaine ne soit pas nécessaire, un baccalauréat d'universitté dans quelconque discipline est préférable.

Le candidat devra démontrer sa capacité à travailler de façon autonome et avec d’autres dans un environnement dynamique, et posséder un niveau élevé de compétences organisationnelles.

Compétences de base en informatique, incluant Word, Excel, Outlook et Adobe Photoshop sont nécessaires. Il est également prévu que le candidat sera parfaitement bilingue, à la fois français et anglais, écrit et parlé.

Sales Administrator, Montreal QC

Monmet Ltée is urgently seeking a sales adminstator to work from its Montreal office. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to maintain customer and supplier relationships and to maximize the efficiency of the sales process.

Monmet is a growing specialty metals engineering company, with significant sales activities in the mining, cement, energy and pulp and paper industries within Canada and the United States.

While engineering or heavy industry experience is not required, those with experience in administrative duties and inside sales are encouraged to apply.

The position offers considerable room for growth and development.

Tasks include :

  • providing administrative support to the sales team, such as the preparation of quotations and sales orders, requesting quotes from suppliers, placing purchase orders, invoicing.
  • preparing outgoing shipments (preparing packing lists, commercial invoices, BOL’s), and coordinating incoming shipments (going out for transport rates, placing pickup requests, tracking incoming shipments).
  • building relationships with suppliers
  • basic clerical duties, including report preparation, correspondence with customers and suppliers and telephone duties
  • quote follow-up with customers, keeping track of all supplier orders, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements :

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a general office support role; while formal education in this field is not required, a university bachelors degree in any subject is preferred.

The candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and with others in a dynamic environment and will possess a high level of organizational skills.

Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Photoshop are required. It is also expected that the candidate willbe fully bilingual in both written and spoken French and English.
