Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Interpret technical plans, drawings and specifications to program CNC machine tools to produce parts that meet company quality standards.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures and machining strategies based on part materials and specifications.
Optimize CNC programs to maximize production efficiency while ensuring part quality and accuracy.
Make adjustments and modifications to CNC programs according to production needs and customer requirements.
Work closely with machine operators to ensure efficient implementation of CNC programs and resolve any issues that may arise.
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to CNC programming.
Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Advanced mastery of CNC programming and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software.
Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools and their capabilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical plans, drawings and specifications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
