Seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator to become an essential part of a rapidly growing team. Opportunities for career growth and advancement will be available to you in this dynamic department.

As an accounts payable Specialist you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, and timely payment of invoices.

You will work closely with the accounting team to maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role

Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is preferred

Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience processing full-cycle AP

Experience with vendor management

Experience reviewing bank statements, preparing reconciliations, and investigating variances

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Organized and excellent attention to detail

Good interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Ability to develop good working relationships with departments

Respect for highly confidential information
