Customer Service Coordinator - Pointe Claire

Reporting to the department manager, here are some of the tasks you will have to do for this permanent position located in Pointe-Claire :

Position : Account Manager

Salary : 45K to 50K / year

Schedule : Monday to Friday (weekday schedule) in office

Location : Pointe-Claire

Responsibilities

• Ensure that a large flow of incoming calls from different dealerships in Canada is answered
• Be in charge of providing answers to members' questions
• Accompany members in their use of the service and find the right products for their needs
• Create quotes on demand
• Establish the link between members and suppliers
• Evaluate possible business opportunities
• Work closely with the manager and team members
• Other related customer service tasks

Qualifications

• Be fully bilingual in both French and English
• Good telephone manner, good interpersonal skills and good customer service
• Have good time management, be well organized and be a proactive person
• Be comfortable with the office suite and computer tools
