Customer Service Coordinator Position in Vaudreuil Dorion!
Responsibilities :
- Order Entry into SAP
- Communication with Sales and Logistics team
- Sending documents to clients
- Keep customers updated on status of pending orders
- Deal with customer claims and resolution
- Tracking containers
- Receive and transfer incoming calls + Reception duties
Requirements :
- Min 3 years experience in customer service
- Logistics and international trade knowledge
- Attention to detail and capable of prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and French. Spanish / Chinese is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Saisie des commandes dans SAP
- Communication avec l’équipe des ventes et de la logistique
- Envoi de documents aux clients
- Tenir les clients informés de l’état des commandes en cours
- Traiter les réclamations des clients et les résoudre
- Suivi des conteneurs
- Recevoir et transférer les appels entrants + tâches de réception
Exigences :
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle
- Connaissance de la logistique et du commerce international
- Souci du détail et capacité à hiérarchiser la charge de travail dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français. L’espagnol / le chinois est considéré comme un atout.
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication (tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit).
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
