As a Customer Success Manager on ourimplementations team you will lead product implementation for brandcustomers! Youll use your corporate finance background strong Excelknowledge and soft skills to build relationships with and adviseprofessionals from middle management through the Csuite customizingtheir Datarails platform and training them on productupdates.

What YoullDo :

  • Understand current clientsituations helping simplify models and existing data as well asimplementing processes and client data within companysenvironment
  • Create a detailed business analysisoutlining problems opportunities and solutions for our customers bysuccessful advising on : Budgeting and forecasting planning andmonitoring financial modeling standard reporting andmore
  • Manage interpret and validate all datathat is produced by the customer maintaining the focus on improvingthe quality of customer care
  • Providerecommendations for possible process changes to help optimizecurrent procedures in support of maximizingoutcomes
  • Build long term strategicrelationships with customers gather requirements and follow throughwith necessary financial reportingsupport.
  • 1020% travelrequired

Requirements :

  • 35 years ofexperience in customer success consulting or similar customerfacingrole and a finance or accountingbackground
  • Deep knowledge and solid experiencein advanced excel functions (formulas Vlookup Pivot Table PowerQuery and complex models)
  • Strong communicationand relationshipbuilding skills this role involves creating andmanaging business relationships with CFOs VPs and Directors ofFinance and other customers from leading US companies requiring theability to engage in professional conversations manage expectationsand guide customers to a positiveoutcome.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalentexperience
