Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to provide regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, and scope changes.
- Lead project teams effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with trades and stakeholders to optimize project efficiency.
Skills and Experience :
- Construction Expertise : Demonstrated experience managing ICI projects from initiation to completion.
- Leadership : Proven track record of effectively leading project teams to achieve project goals.
- Communication : Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
- Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in project management within the construction industry, preferably with experience in ICI projects.
- Education : Post-secondary degree / diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
