Tasks
- Answer customers or suppliers (phone or email).
- Respond to quotes.
- Plan the activities of various departments, note and forward messages.
- Organize appointments for team members and external service providers.
- Write and format documents (contracts and letters).
- File documents.
- Organize travel.
- Update data on the structure's activities in the ERP (dashboards, results tables, etc.).
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Have access to a vehicle.
- Have a DEC in office automation, administration, or related field (ideally).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related position.
- Mastery of MS Office (Word and Excel basics).
- Good level of bilingualism (French and English) in spoken and written communication.
- Knowledge of the maintenance field (an asset).
- Must be available to work in person all 5 days.
