What are your contributions to the team?
Reporting to the Vice President, Financial Planning and Investor Relations (IR), you will be asked to :
Manage several and sometimes conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.Take initiative to coordinate and prioritize the responsibilities of the Vice President with minimal supervision.Ensure a diligent follow-up of all department tasks, actions and communications.Interact with the investor community on behalf of Bombardier.Coordinate logistics related to Investor events, conferences, and other activities related to investors.Assist the team with investor inquiries and associated administrative tasks.Support the preparation of reports and presentation.Coordinate all tasks associated with manpower movements.Be required to be familiar with the purchasing request process and provide support on invoice trackingMake travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, for both the Vice President and other team members.Assist direct reports of the Vice President in managing agenda conflicts.Manage the department budget and forecasts.Write internal and external correspondence in both French and English.Handle confidential material.Be part of, and as needed backup to the finance administrative assistant team under the direction of the administrative assistant to the CFO.How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
You have a College Degree in administration or the equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years in a similar position.You are comfortable managing office politics and dynamics.You possess an excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Outlook.You have a basic understanding of financial information.You are fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing.As a team player, you are known for your dynamism, strong interpersonal relations, judgment and organization skills.You can manage several priorities simultaneously.You have a great deal of initiative and can work with minimum supervision.You can maintain strict confidentiality when required to do so.You have a good knowledge of SAP (asset).Please note : You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
