Training and Development Specialist
Fulltime Contract
An incredible opportunity is available that will utilize your experience in learning, training and development to support an incredible group of professionals.
This role will use your experience to create, implement and deliver all the organizations training.
This role will be a combination of classroom and virtual training and will tap into you strong technical skills as well as your experience with unique learning styles.
You will work closely with all departments of this organization to better understand current and future leaning needs and work within your team of professionals to roll out customized training to the organizations employees.
In this role you will specifically :
- Keep up to date with the latest technology
- Deliver customized training in a group as well as one on one
- Maintain the internal training site up to date with great content
- Design and test new processes and training techniques
We are looking for individuals who have :
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience delivering effective training in both classroom and e-learning.
- Post-Secondary education in a related field (Training, HR, Adult Education)
- Minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new technology.
