Job Title : Regional Marketing Associate (Canada)

We are looking for a dynamic marketing specialist to join our team in Canada. Reporting simultaneously to the Canada CEO, as well as the Head of Marketing at our headquarters in St.

Petersburg, FL, this role will be accountable for coordinating marketing efforts in the region and achieving Marketing-driven KPIs.

Additionally, you will serve as the representative for the local market, overseeing campaign executions, monitoring performance, and ensuring campaigns align with timing and execution benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across various platforms geared towards the Canadian market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align regional strategies with local marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, analyzing data for optimization, and monitoring performance metrics for online activities specific to Canada.
• Assist team members with various marketing tasks and adapt strategies based on market trends and insights specific to Canada.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the social media team and leadership to ensure cohesive, compelling messaging across all platforms.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, social media analytics, and influencer marketing best practices relevant to the Canadian audience.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, experience in financial services preferable.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital advertising platforms, social media analytics, and data analysis tools customized for the Canadian audience.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French or Mandarin as a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and creativity in campaign execution.
