The role & responsibilities of a Leon’s Brand Marketing Associate :
- Live and breathe the customer experience getting inside the head and heart of our target audience
- Own the strategic purpose, mission, and positioning of our brand
- Be driven by finding the real reason to believe and unique selling proposition of our products and services
- Set the right objectives and key results for the brand and our business
- Act as the driving force behind leading our internal and external teams on all everyday and strategic initiatives
- Have end to end ownership on our integrated programs, promotions, and campaigns
- Coordinate all budgets and expenses, accountable for the measurement, results, and return
