Senior Manager Strategic Marketing
Marketers on Demand is searching for a creative thinker to join our client’s team as a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager.
Are you a self-starter who has the ability to work on multiple brands at the same time? This is an incredible opportunity for someone who takes a lot of pride in what they do and can contribute to a growing company!
This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days / week in office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns; drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
- Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage and launch new products
- Identify key trends and opportunities for growth through market research and analysis
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that ROI is maximized
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related experience
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic marketing planning (CPG experience is preferred)
- Previous experience in online, offline and trade marketing channels
- Experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Prior experience in building and mentoring a winning team is key
