SummaryA career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital.
We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies.
Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of
Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements
Assist in developing functional specification for developments
Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
Collaborating with consultants from other modules such as Finance
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
5+ years SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience
Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules
Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
Able to collaborate and communicate with clients
Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
Strong experience in building and cultivating relationships with clients
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
A broad range of knowledge and experience with respect to SAP’s on premise and cloud technology solutions
Deep understanding of HR business functions and processes and expertise working in different industries
Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 3 full cycle implementations)
When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
