- Proficient in using all marketing tools and computer software.- Experience in distribution and familiarity with electricity, particularly lighting.

- Achieve category objectives with strategic supplier partners, ensuring they understand the company's priorities and needs.
- Maintain a deep and ongoing knowledge of your respective product categories and identify new product opportunities suitable for the markets we serve.
- Analyze sales and margin reports to identify trends and year-over-year gaps within the category.- Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective plans as needed.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives (negotiated savings).- Assess and manage risks and opportunities related to the category for the division concerning these negotiated initiatives.
- Conduct regular branch visits to better understand the challenges they face and establish an action plan to help them better manage their operations.
