Job Title : Service Dispatcher
Job Description
As a Service Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing breakdown calls, dispatching technicians using our Voxer application, and assisting sub dealers with billing inquiries.
You will also process work orders, which includes opening in Navision, creating work order reports, scheduling, and filing invoiced work orders.
Your role will involve tagging and scanning all work orders in our document imaging system (Kwik-Tag), as well as printing, distributing, and filing reports.
Additionally, you may be required to assist in other administrative areas and perform other related duties as required. This position involves coordinating tasks for a team of 35 people.
Hard Skills
- 2+ years Admin and Customer service experience
- Experience with Navision or similar programs

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Delta, British Columbia.
Work Environment
In this role, you will be working in a cubicle located at the front office. Both a computer and a phone will be provided for your use.
Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. This position does not involve a lot of overtime work, but there may be occasional instances where you will need to process work orders at the end of the day.
The previous person in this role was with us for 3 years and was successful due to their hardworking nature and ability to ensure all team members were kept busy.
You will be working alongside another person in a team-oriented environment. Living close to our office would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
