What You'll Be Doing :

  • Prioritization and distribution of work to technicians
  • Repair order write-up for used vehicle reconditioning, PDI's, and detail department internal services
  • Quoting internal repairs accurately and consistently
  • Communication with Service Advisors and other departments regularly for vehicle status updates
  • Constant monitoring of shop work distribution to ensure promised delivery times are met
  • Liaise between multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely internal work completion
  • Providing assistance when necessary to other areas of the Service department
  • Administrative duties are required
  • Candidates must :

  • Have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Be highly organized and process driven
  • Have a valid British Columbia driver's license
  • Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department
  • Be committed to consistently delivering a high-quality level of customer service
  • Be energetic, professional, and dedicated to delivering service excellence
  • Have experience in a dealership setting with knowledge of Service Department operations
  • Competent working knowledge of automotive necessary to properly maintain work flow and distribution
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Previous experience within a Service Department operation in a same or similar role is required
  • CDK DMS experience is considered an asset
