What You'll Be Doing :
- Prioritization and distribution of work to technicians
- Repair order write-up for used vehicle reconditioning, PDI's, and detail department internal services
- Quoting internal repairs accurately and consistently
- Communication with Service Advisors and other departments regularly for vehicle status updates
- Constant monitoring of shop work distribution to ensure promised delivery times are met
- Liaise between multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely internal work completion
- Providing assistance when necessary to other areas of the Service department
- Administrative duties are required
Candidates must :
- Have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment
- Be highly organized and process driven
- Have a valid British Columbia driver's license
- Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department
- Be committed to consistently delivering a high-quality level of customer service
- Be energetic, professional, and dedicated to delivering service excellence
- Have experience in a dealership setting with knowledge of Service Department operations
- Competent working knowledge of automotive necessary to properly maintain work flow and distribution
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Previous experience within a Service Department operation in a same or similar role is required
- CDK DMS experience is considered an asset
