Your Responsibilities :
Department Leadership : Oversee and set goals / objectives for the Service Department to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets. Develop operating budgets and marketing plans to promote new business.Workflow Management : Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.Staffing : Determine staffing needs and assist with the hiring process to build a strong team.Customer Relations : Maintain positive and successful customer relationships, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.Collaboration : Work with other department managers to review current performance, set future objectives, and plan promotional activities for the dealership.Coaching and Development : Conduct daily one-on-one coaching sessions with frontline staff and annual performance appraisals to foster continuous improvement.Performance Tracking : Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance records for tracking and reporting purposes.What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Prior demonstrated management experience in the automotive industry.Leadership : Strong ability to coach, train, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance.Client Relations : Proven track record of developing and retaining long-term client relationships.Self-Motivation : Driven to succeed, maximizing efficiency and productivity to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.Multi-Tasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure effectively.Time Management : Excellent prioritization and time management skills.Technical Skills : Knowledge of CDK and X-Time is an asset.Licensing : Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.If this sounds like you, submit your resume to our human resources team today!
