Job Description
- Tech Support Analyst I - Bilingual technical support for Private Client Division.
- Working hybrid (home / onsite one day a week).
- We’re looking for an agent who has experience in an Enterprise type support environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10. Well-versed in all Microsoft applications such as Office, Exchange, and Teams.
- Prior experience with Win10 rollouts is a preference. Phone support skills and clear communication is a must.
